最初のご予算は80万円ほどだったのですが、お子様が家を引き継ぐことをお聞きして屋根塗装だと防水シートや屋根材が長持ちしない旨を説明。屋根カバー工事を提案いたしました。 金額がご予算からだいぶ離れるわけなので、屋根材の選定をしてガルバリウム鋼板の中でも比較的安価なヒランビーをご提案しました。 塗装と葺き替えのメンテナンス方法しか知らなかったお施主様は大変ご満足いただけました。
