元々ベランダからの雨漏りでベランダの土台が朽ちていたのでベランダ防水をご提案させていただきました。 ベランダ腰壁部に関しては、玄関前に落ちてしまった以外の箇所も同様に劣化していたため全て解体撤去し軒天に関しても欠けて落ちていたため撤去して新設させていただきました。 施工前にタイルが落ちてしまわないようすぐに施工をさせていただきました。
